my sky contract is supposed to be £27 but i am charged £28

i have a sky contract that says i will be charged £27 but i am charged £28 per month, what should i do?

@leahhowden95  Your contract is fixed term not fixed price there was a price increase on 1st April which is allowable under the terms you agreed to when signing up which probably explains the increase

@leahhowden95  If you are still within a minimum term then yes there will be early termination charges payable for broadband services 

 

if your contract is for tv you cannot cancel whilst in a minimum term
