hello , i'm very sorry but i'm having money difficulties this week , i can pay my overdue payment this friday 13th , as i do know i had an email saying they would try on or after the 11th may , would that be ok , as i don't have any funds in my bank for them to take it tomorrow,

@james11311 You are not talking to Sky Customer servives via the forum. We are all customers here like you.
If your DD cant be collected on the due date then Sky will attempt 10 days later, if that fails services will be restricted. Sky don't promise of payments.

@james11311 If the 11th of May is a second attempt at taking payment then if it fails your services will become restricted, there's no way round this as Sky systems are automatic and as far as we know can't be overriden
if you become restricted all you can do is pay manually and setup a new payment method when you can before services will be restored

It will be tight @james11311 but if you have the funds on the 13th and if your services have been suspended then you will need to pay it and set the direct debit up again. Only once the payment has cleared will your services be restored.
