The first IP address you posted is the correct IP address for DoH for Apple, and the second IP address is the packet clearing house (PCH) which handles a large part of the DNS system.
Sky must be blocking DoH in some way other than by DNS on the backbone?

I see that you have an 80% packet loss to the DoH domain for Apple for ICMP? 😉

@mae-3 That was purely because of the ever so slight hint that Apple's superiority complex (sry I mean privacy warning) is ever so slightly over the top,

That may be the case, but I'm not getting any warning about DNS encrypted traffic being blocked once the domain mentioned was unblocked on my firewall for my internet provider! Whether it needs blocking by any ISP because it is a potential proxy is questionable?
