emailed to cancel twice

I have emailed you twice to cancel sky and it is still active and you are now requesting another payment and late fee. I emailed you on 1st February and you responded with reference number KMM52440745V5520L0KM and then i contacted you again chasing this on 15th March and you responded again with reference KMM53014960V9411L0KM and you said it was passed to priority team.

@stabes27  your not talking directly with Sky but fellow customers

You can't normally cancel via email you have to phone so I don't know what has happened here best to call sky and explain the situation

a number to call can be found by clicking on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of this link

  • If you were given the Priority Team phone number use it to call and they will sort it out.

Re: emailed to cancel twice

  • The OP got a response and said "you said it was passed to the priority team." hence my suggestion to call them for resolution.

You can email Sky as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

Alternatively, you can email us at mysky at sky.uk When contacting us please ensure that you include your name, your address, your postcode and your telephone number. Please note, it can take up to five days to receive a reply.

We can’t cancel your Sky services until we’ve confirmed you’re the authorised account holder, so we may need to call you back to process your request. Don't worry, your notice period will start from the date we receive your letter or email.
