email

can anyone give me an email address to contct sky as there seems to be NO way of contacting sky unless you ring  them and then your in a queue for ever. I personally feel sky is SO difficult to contact ??

@mickp2004  Sky don't use email addresses, you will either need to persist by caling them on the phone, or the forum may be able to help if you post your query. 

 

You should be aware that the section of forum you have posted in is for Sky Yahoo email issues, not an email route to Sky support.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have never in my life been so **bleep** off with sky they don@t allow you to email they DON'T very often answer you calls. How the hell in gods eath are you supposed to contact a company with **bleep** service like this. I think after 10 years It's time I moved on.

@mickp2004  Please don't swear in the forum (apart from it triggering the filter), you're not swearing at Sky but fellow customers.  The foum has offered to help, if you don't want them to then you need to call Sky with your issue you have.

 

Sky DO answer calls, when calling you need to stay on the phone past the automated message, best times to call are after 9pm, so now, or 7am.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Depending on what you want to talk to Sky about there is Facebook, Twitter or a messaging service:

So select "Yes I still need help".

@Garrett897 it us the same answer as per @GD1 and @caesarome. Sky like many companies dont offer email as a means to answer account queries. Thus us for technical, security and operational reasons. One of the key problems with email us that sky need to verify that you are the account holder when you make contact.
