Charged to cancel broadband

Hi all

So I called Sky today to cancel our broadband as we all have to move out of the house. 

I've given them notice -31 days as we are out of contract. 

I will keep paying the TV bill as its not up till November. 

I've just checked and I've been charged 75 euro. 

This wasn't mentioned on the call so just wondering why I've been charged?

If you called today has the 75euro been added to a future bill because is this where you are seeing this charge ?
