discount not being added to sky store movie as suggested in letter received.

I received a letter today for half price movies off sky store. On the voucher it advises to select a film, check RSVP YES appears on the order and then it will be half priced. 

RSVP YES is not showing up and appears I am being charged full price for a movie.

I would presume that RSVP YES is only available on a limited selection of films.

I'm afraid the forum can't really help with account-related issues. We're mainly customers here, and Sky personnel have no account access via the forum. You'll need to contact Sky directly on this.
