my contract ends next june but finding payments difficult at times due to hours cut at work. can i cancel the tv side of my contract but keep the broadband and phone ?

Be mindful of the advice given above but I would call Sky and explain your financial difficulty, they may be able to help.

@lilian.long1964 If your still in contract for TV there would be a termination fee,.

@lilian.long1964 Sky are not obligated to allow you to cancel tv service as the terms and conditions you agreed to explicitly state no cancellation allowed during minimum term
however Sky can use there discretion and if they do allow you to cancel it will be subject to early termination equaling the total number of months remaining

Thank you. I only have the basic package tv no movies or sports ect. Just trying to cut cost due to recent financial problem

Let them know that @lilian.long1964 and ignore any sales speak that will come your way about upgrading and the like. If they do offer you something then you might have to agree to a new 12/18 month contract.
