Under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

Or if you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number.

Just ignore the Covid question and remain on the line for as long as you can.

Re: book a sky engineer. how?

I have found phone support to be quite poor.

However, if you have Sky Q use the direct link to book an engineer and choose your preferred date and time:

Re: book a sky engineer. how?

My sky+hd box isn't getting a satellite signal.  There are no obstructions blocking the sky dish. We had a windy night the night before last and our sky signal was gone yesterday morning.
I have also rebooted the sky box but I just have a message to say it is initialising. This has been displayed for over an hour now.
I have followed all instructions but I think I need an engineer to look at the problem or to advise me.

Re: book a sky engineer. how?

Hi

Can anyone tell me the number for booking a Sky+ engineer? The number on the sky.ie site is  0333 number and does not connect for me. I've never seen a number like that in Ireland.

The links on the site for booking an engineer all seem to be for SkyQ upgrade.

Tried online chat but no one replies.

Can't believe it's so hard to get support now. It all online guides (which I've followed) or else Sky Community. What happened to the tech support number?
