Yes, that's the standard callout charge for Sky+ (no callout charge for Sky Q).

lnb packed up overnight 26/9/19 given an engineer vist on 25 oct , rang back 2hours later ish , india sky centre said i can do better , booked 2 oct . just as well i retried . queeried a refund for lost sky for one week, and was told i will get back to you by email or i will find out (3 calls ) clearly did not know eventually somebody did and sorted it out ,not impressed

Having problems since set up with sky q box.
What happens is we turn box and tv off after watching in the evening. When we try to turn tv and box on in morning it continues to tell us there is no source found and the box and tv need to be switched off at the mains.

Had a Sky engineer out 2 weks ago upgraded to Sky Q Sky mini dish has never worked was told to wait up to 4 hours until signal connected which I did still not working , spoke to advisor yesterday she resent signal still not working when going to settungs only two ticks appear 2 crosses appear at Sky Q and Sky mini box have upgraded BT Hub also
