bills after cancellation
i recently cancelled my sky broadband but a week ago it still took my money and when i checked why it said for broadband. i already sent my broadband back to sky 2 weeks before sky took my money so it hasnt been used at all so why has my money been taken.

Bills are prepared 2 weeks before the normal billing date. How did you cancel? Have you moved to another isp? Did you receive a confirmation email of cancellation?

- The bill is created in advance so it was too late to revise, you will be credited any overpayment in your future bills here - Sky Bill | Sky.com
