Solved!!  Apple+ will hang after you have watched apple+ on another device. For some reason that signs you out on sky. To resolve it start the apple+ app and when it hangs on the logo just press the back button which will take you to the Apple+ log in page, signin and your ready to go.

I have the same problem as paul 964 but my phone doesnt have a scanner so o canr do that any other suggestions
