Just retried and although I got the logo first, when I pressed the back button it promoted me to log back in! I have a working app at last!

If only Sky had sent a communication. Not impressed with how they've handled this in the slightest.

Good news for all. 

There has been an app update

New version is 9.1.0.718:1.0

OK, something's definitely changed as I can now get past the logo screen again, but now when I scan the QR code and log in using my phone, the phone says successfully logged in, but the TV app refreshes for a moment and then says I've logged out...every time I go through the process.

Does anyone have any ideas about this please?

Same here.

I've given up and cancelled the subscription to apple.  Sky should not have launched this with so many bugs.

I agree and did the same why add it as a possible app to watch through your sky when it doesn't work

@darkwar3  Sorry you're still having a problem. 

Maybe one last app refresh is worth a try now that the app has been updated.

@darkwar3  That's a pain l thought you might of tried that. 

l guess my situation was a little different as the app did work at first but a day after launch l had to change my apple password on my phone. 

After that  l was stuck on the logo page but for me a settings reset and an app refresh did the trick. 

Hope they get it sorted soon for those having issues.

Mine's working which is a relief after reading that some are still having problems. It's a slow app to load but at least it works now, fingers crossed. Thanks to @Bobbym78 for flagging up here that it's fixed I wouldn't have known otherwise 👍

If i hadn't been able to watch Apple TV+ on XBox i would have given up by now and cancelled it. If Sky Q was the only place i could use it i'd also be asking Apple TV for a refund for the whole month of January. Shocking that it took so long.

• When you press home then choose settings - Don't press enter - press 001 its a common mistake.
