On the master box it doesn't go past the Apple logo
On the mini box it logs in then logs me out

Hello having the same issues as above since yesterday. Odd occasion I get onto the app it tells me I've been logged out after every time I have succefully logged in. And now just freezes on the Apple TV logo when I attempt to launch the app

OK tried my mini box seem to log on ok , so its just my sky Q box that is stuck on the logo , any ideas?

I have the same issue as the rest of the group, Apple + logo showing and nothing else happening, tried main box and one of my mini boxes. Both the same issue. My Apple+ works on all other devices

Just had this from a Sky advisor
Sorry to say when using the app you're in apples domain. We don't get to see users iD, passwords etc on the Sky Platform.
One of the guys in the team signed up for the service yesterday and it took a good few times to get logged in and working. You need a different device with an apple sign in for it to send a code and then you need to sign in again. It took our Carol 3 or 4 attempts before it accepted the log in details without showing the QR code on screen. Lainy

Unfortunately the problem is that its stuck on the logo so doesn't give you the option to login. Also it works on my mini box

I went back with that and she sent the link for refreshing app again. I seem to be in a loophole of unhelpful advice.

I have given up. Cancelled my Apple TV+ trail. I only wanted to watch Foundation but this is not worth the hassle.

Same issue here. Just hangs on logo. Tried all steps and it doesn't resolve the issue.

I think it's safe to say sky have released an app which doesn't work as it should, it should be as simple as access the app, log in! As Netflix, prime and the others all do

But it is working for most people I assume and it works on my mini box
