I spoke to apple today and they said as my log in works on my phone, the issue is with sky.

Same problem too...tried everything & it's just the Apple TV sign...why launch something that's not been tested properly? Frustrating!

So interestingly for me. After signing into Apple TV+ on my Sky box, got signed out of my LG TV app. Wonder if it's something to do with only being able to login to one device at a time?

Loads from Sky Q ok but takes 15-20 secs to do so from when the TV+ logo is displayed.
@Darren+H Also loaded ATV on the Philips 806 tv at the same time.

Mine is exactly the same , just the Apple logo. I have been able to load on my mini though. I phoned sky but they don't seem to have an answer .

Hi do we have a solution yet? I ran threw some instructions yesterday with Sky, I turned box on and off, refreshed Apps and updated software, and still nothing, I am mythed that noone can assist me from Sky

Same problem on my side, the weird thing is that the TV+ was working when I wasn't logged in. I managed to watch the free Ted Lasso episodes. Once I logged in tho, it stopped working.
Tried all the tricks (update software, refresh app, disconnect the skyQ etcetc) without success.
It is definitively a Sky problem not Apple.
I tried to disconnect all the devices from my Apple account but tv+ doesn't ask to re-login on sky.
Stuck!

Same here - tried everyting including disconnecting the sky q box from my account to force a new login but I don't get past the apple logo splash screen 😞
