WiFi isn’t working

hi my WiFi has randomly stopped working I've tried to call numerous of times. The online diagnostics isn't working I would like this sorted ASAP as I'm paying £35 a month with a booster for just wifi

@Keisha1999  If you mean Broadband (wifi is your internet network, not what you get down your line) there are some outages, plenty of posts on this forum, also check https://mobile.twitter.com/skyhelpteam

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Urgent Notice for Sky+ users: as of 29th October 2024 you will no longer be able to pair your viewing card to a Sky+/Sky+HD box that the card is not already paired to, so if your Sky box breaks you cannot replace it and you'll need to move to either Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream to access Sky content
