Why is my bill more expensive I can’t affairs to pay

I was miss sold cinema and children package but the web site won't allow me to delete

You can only remove a package by cotacting Sky. 

There are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Yes button at the bottom of this page:

So select "Yes I still need help" at the bottom of the page as the options will load after about 5 seconds.
