Why is my 2nd month bill higher
Hi,
I'm a new sky customer and took out the black Friday 25£ a month deal to which the 1st months payment is 39 pound for the shipping and activation fee.
But how come my 2nd month's fee is 42£ then goes down to 25£ every month after?
My bill breakdown says super fast broadband 25 pound then below it it says 21 days superfast broadband 16.95 ish? What is this extra charge! And will it be every month as this is not advertised!
Thanks
Adam

@Adam123D Your first 2 or 3 bills will always be slightly higher than expected, your future bill will sart to show the correct amount expected. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/understanding-my-bills#q-help-articles

Re: Why is my 2nd month bill higher
Thank you for the replies, but I'm. Probably being thick but why on my bill does it say :
Broadband and talk 41.93
Sky WiFi - Free
Sky calls - Free
Sky pay as you go - Free
Sky broadband superfast - £25 which should be my monthly payment...
Then it says below
Charges for 06 Jan to 26 Jan
Sky WiFi 21 days free
Sky Internet 21 days calls free
Sky pay as you go 21 days free
Sky broadband superfast 21 days £16. 93
Is this maybe a charge for the package starting mid way through November?
Thanks

Re: Why is my 2nd month bill higher
No, I'm a new customer and took there black Friday deal out.
My Feb and March deals show 25£
It's just the Jan one I don't understand being 41/42 pound and I fully understand the 1st bill as they told me about it being more.
Thanks

Re: Why is my 2nd month bill higher
@SKY1992bf the service went live on the 6th Dec at 8am.
I might call up in the morning, I'm wondering if this is an extra charge for what I have used before the bill date starts and that's why I have the extra 16 odd pound, and the 25pound is the month in advance payment as Feb and March shows 25pound a month which would be correct.
Thank you for your reply
