Discussion topic: Why can't I get channels on my sky glass

We have set up Sky glass and are only able to get streaming channels such as Youtube and Netflix. The basic channels won't load. It says it's playing but the screen is black?

@Anjelika Try powering down the tv at the mains for two minutes then power up again
