When I try to download programmes
'on demand' to my sky q box. They say they download however when I go to watch them it says there is a technical fault.
I thought was initially just one programme but it's happening with all of them.

Maybe not at this time of night, but the quickest way I've managed to contact them is via Twitter. Give them a shout.
