I'm trying to battle on, the other half wants to place it in the bonfire on Nov 5th with a glass of fizz to celebrate its demise 👎
Sky have placed my account on hold so even if I go over the 31 days they assured me I can still revert to Q as I have issues they have failed to resolve.
Truth is based on my conversations with Sky they know its not match ready and are on then ice. The more product now hitting customers homes the more issues to resolve. It could become a nightmare scenario for Sky.
Ondigital all over again 🥺😉
What a ridiculous product name that was!

Another argument upcoming. Presumably they can check the tape...
Is the extra £8 for Netflix Premium?

Even 'live' events on Q have an 8 second delay, so.......not really live.

No, my Netflix is basic. I don't watch a huge amount of that and especially when they up the resolution this week I expect it'll be perfectly watchable

Just got the 'batteries are running low in your remote control' message again.
I had this two days after receiving the puck and put brand new Duracells in.
**bleep**?!

Brilliant. Something else to have to speak to sky about.

Least your remote is working I guess even if it's draining batteries improvement over what some are facing.

@Floydianslip I just moved to Sky Stream from Sky Q and up to now I've had no major issues ( had to factory reset all 3 pucks to get subtitles to work,no drama though), connectivity wise it's been seamless using my Deco Mesh system and not having to rely on Sky Q's awful mesh WiFi,as for the UI both myself and more importantly my wife have found it easy and have not missed the record function (the "Playlist" feature is spot on) , hope this helps on you making your decision.

I do hope they eventually link sky go to stream though i must admit.
Only bit of trouble i am still experiencing is lionsgate is still buffering prety bad still.
All other apps and channels are working perfectly.

Glad to hear that someone is enjoying the system it has it's niggles but on the whole it does work. Not heard of Deco if i am honest but glad there system works better for you.
That would indeed be nice but can't see it happening for a long while but I could be surprised.

I was expecting to be able to add things to my playlist from Sky Go, but given how utterly pointless it is for my own personal use cases I wouldn't ever use it even it it were.
I know I've moaned constantly since I got it but I'm very impressed with the picture quality and general usability.
I'll have to have a conversation with them about the playlist and other issues, but given that satellite is not currently an option I'm very happy overall.

I have my Sky Stream pucks connected to each of my 3 Deco X50 units via ethernet, although the 3 Deco's connect to each other wirelessly (hope that makes sense)

Slightly off topic, but I've noticed in the my sky app it's offering two months of ultra HD free. How much notice do you have to give to cancel these add-ons?
