When does my sky contract end

When does my Sky Q tv contrct expire

Hi @ewan+singh 

 

if you log in to SKY.com or use the My SKY app & go to 'My Products' you should see the dates for any that you have a minimum contract for

 

Technically the contract continues until you eventually cancel

 

BTW we are just other customers here so any specific queries regarding your account you would need to call SKY

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@ewan+singh  it's quite straightforward if you follow @nigea99  reply

Open the My Sky app if you have it installed on a mobile device or  sky.com  if not

Log in with your Sky id and password 

Once its loaded you will see this

Click on Your Products circled in red then you'll see this screen below

 

Showing all your subscriptions and add ons and the date you are in contract until

@ewan+singh the forum is primarily customer to customer support but nobody including Sky staff can link a forum post to an account as it would be a serious breach of Data Protection. You need to call Sky yourself if the online suggestions do not work.
