@Greenem if you click on the flag on the bottom right of the web pages you will get the Irish version with local numbers. I have escalated your post so an Irish agent should invite you onto a privste chat slthough Indont ghink they can takecthe payment themselves they should be able to point you in thecright direction. Look out for the invitation from Sky and a blue button should appear on this page.

@Sunniside You need to provide a lot more details than you have if you want the forum to help. Saying Sky Q isn't working tells the forum nothing about the issue you have.

Hi, sorry to bump this thread but does anyone have any other tips to speak to a Sky adviser I must have exhausted every option via 150 and keep being rerouted to online or cutoff (after saying No to the that everything prompt)
im trying to get hold of an agent as I'm due to move house but my prospective landlord isn't keen on my having a dish. I'd hoped I could sort with sky getting a Glass order otherwise I'm down for a hefty cancel charge , which I don't really want to do anyway having been with Sky for 9 years.
would have hoped they'd welcome me wanting to stay but I can't find any magic route to get to a real person 😂
many expert steer welcome, have tried some of the suggestions I'm wondering if their call centres are just overloaded

I have the same problem, I want to speak to an actual person and I keep getting the annoying robot - even trying the "I want to speak to an adviser" over and over got me nowhere! It get trying to get me to use a phone menu to change my Sky package, then it started demanding a mobile number to send me SMS message - I haven't got a mobile.
It's absolutely infuriating. Phone menu jails are annoying at any time, but Sky really, REALLY need "I want to speak to an adviser" as an option rather than constantly shunting customers around some mindless robot
It wasn;t like this last time I spoke to Sky!

Sky aren't currently taking orders for Glass by phone. It's theoretically only by invitation to longstanding VIP customers who have registered an interest online at the moment, but many posts have suggested this can be circumvented by going to a physical Sky Store, booth or pop-up display.

awesome @TimmyBGood thanks for the heads up.
Hoping maybe I can get a Glass at some stage rather than pay the contract break. I did register interest as a vip but assume we run into the millions by number . Hope springs eternal
that said still darn difficult to speak to Sky people these days to discuss requests outside the norm

Sky is only bothered when u stop paying not bothered if ur services are rubbish. Customer service is also shocking! Sort it out sky!
