How late? All Sky Q gear is programmed to into eco mode around 1-6am which will cut connections

@brandyman64 If late at night turn your standby mode on all your boxes to None.  Might be on Eco causing the box to go into a deep sleep.

  • It is available on the Advice pages for specific issues that cannot be resolved by other means than a call to Sky.

Currently seems to be an issue with the help page. It should reappear soon, keep an eye out.

It is the hardest thing in the world to do is sleek to some body at sky about a problem, easy is it to take more money? Guess what your robot assistant couple help?

  • Follow this carefully and it will get you to a human adviser - For the number click on "Need more help" at the bottom of this page
    https://www.sky.com/help/home
  • If you have Sky Talk or Sky Mobile dial 150 for a free call to Sky.
  • When you call you will be asked if the call is to do with mobile say "No"
    You will then be asked the nature of the call say " Technical "
    You will be offered a text to the number you are calling on say "Yes" and a text will be sent DO NOT hang up when it says to do so.
    It will then ask "do you wish to hang up" say " No" you will then be put in the queue for an advisor.
  • I hope this helps.

I have been trying to pay my final bill for a few weeks now, but as you have blocked access to my account I cannot do so. Please ring me so I can do so immediately.

I have tried every method in the last fortnight to pay my final bill to sky Ireland. As they have blocked me access to my sky app, I have no means of paying. Please can you furnish me with a telephone number to speak with a HUMAN so I can pay this account without them trying to get extra charges from me also..

@Greenem If you have Sky Mobile or Sky Talk you can ring (free) by dialling 150, otherwise you can contact Sky through this link. The ‘Need More Help’ at the bottom of the page will provide a 0818 phone number.

Stay on the line, don’t hang up if prompted to and if asked reason for call say ‘technical’. Apparently the best times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm when the lines are quieter.

ROI: If you are in Ireland - in the very bottom right corner of the above link change the flag to ROI to obtain the relevant 0818 number.
