What to I have to do to talk to a real person in sky

Hi,

I cannot find a telephone number to call someone.  I need to get someone to take a look at my Grandfather's broaddband but I don't want to discuss this in open chat.

Go to Sky's help section. Select the category, move through the online steps and at the end it'll ask if this has solved your problem, click i need more help and it'll give you a number.

Thanks for the help but its pretty poor that I have to go through a maze of useless suggestion pages before I am trusted with the number.  It used to be clearly shown and it not like I am going to ring them everyday..  I know the line needs testing. by an engineer. My relative is getting 200kbps download speed.   

oh my, now Sky is really annoying me.  I tried to add the number to this blog so that other people don't have to waste their time looking.   It was blocked.  What is wrong with you sky!

@Sonny+29 Sky cannot act from a forum post you will have to call Sky to cancel anything. Dialling 150 on your Sky Talk line is both free and easy to remember the number.

@Amore21 I have escalated your post so expect an email invitation to a private chat with a Sky agent. As posted above the easiest number to remember is 150 which on a Sky Talk or Sky mobile gives you a free call to Sky but the chat session will save you having to call.

150 got you the electricity board? On a Sky landline? Never heard of that before.
