Hi , The volume on my sky q remote won't work! Can any one help?

Hi @Julieob   You need to pair the remote to your TV, Amp or Soundbar to control it's volume.

@JulieobAs the Q box has no volume adjustment the remote cannot be paired to your TV see if the link below helps.
