Return of SkyQ box address in Ireland

I moved to the UK for work a few weeks ago and have just suspended my Sky Ireland contract. I brought the box with my storage items but now need the address in Ireland where to send the box back to. I cannot locate the correct address anywhere! Can anyone please assist as naturally I want to avoid being charged.
