I have tried to turn it off using the sky Q remote and also via on screen accessibility, all to no avail. A narrator's voice continues to annoy us !!! HELP

Remember they are two Q box Audio settings you need to make sure are off

Audio Description

Voice Guidance

Both in Home - Settings - Accessibility
