We have had 1 positive Covid test in our house. Can you please tell us if you will need to rearrange our engineer?

What is the engineer due to visit you for, if it is to connect you to the Sky Broadband network from a different supplier then this is done at your local exchange so no visit to your property will be required.

 

Other than that they will not be able to come into your home as per this:

So you would need to reschedule the visit either via the link in the article or by calling Sky.
