Broadband not working after agent performed a phoneline test
Hello. I spent a frustrating three hours on the phone to Sky a few days ago (most of that was spent on hold) to request a modem upgrade. Told the agent about a diagnostic test result on the Sky website stating there was an error with our line and to call in and also mentioned that since we had Sky installed, we could never use our Sky phone without broadband turning off. Even though no issue with other providers. Also our broadband was working fine at this point of the conversation. Then the agent performed a phoneline test and told us to plug everything out. Our broadband never returned and I refuse waste another second of my life on hold
