Sky glass every time I turn on no Wi-Fi signal I have Virgin media internet really annoying only got it Mon 10 Oct giveing it back

try using an Ethernet able or powerline adapters to hardwire to your router and turn off WiFi in glass settings

I have 4 Sky Stream picks and Virgin Broadband. It has worked fine up until today when the pick came up saying there is no connection to the internet. So I tried unplugging the Ethernet and connecting to WiFi and it connects but still no internet. So I reset the puck and tried Ethernet and WiFi and again it won't connect. I had of course rebooted the Virgin router. So I connected the puck to my hotspot on my iPhone and guess what it works. At this point I am not sure if the problem is with Sky or Virgin but other streaming services such as Netflix and Prime work perfectly ok. If I find out whether it's a sky or virgin issue I'll update here.

Just back on not sure still if it is Virgin or Sky but they appear to be playing happily again.

Hi, I have come downstairs to my sky glass saying no Internet connection. All other devices in the house are connected and working. Tried everything even as far as master rest and still no joy. Very annoying. Please advise

I have the same on my bedroom Stream. Not out of bed yet so haven't tried the other pucks. Internet is fine and this is hardwired.

I'm on Virgin 1Gb connection and all tests on the line are fine.

Maybe it's Virgin's way of getting me back as a customer ;-/
we only have a sample size of 2 atm, but maybe this is a Virgin issue.
makes no sense though as I've just got BBC working through iPlayer from the smart TV app (not a glass). So media streaming working ok , just not on the Sky devices

Same issue here, worryingly it's seems all Virgin Media broadband customers having issues?
Tried reset of router, hard wired and WiFi, Glass connects but no internet.

Same issue here, also with virgin media.
I have reset the router and TV , still no connection via ethernet or WiFi.
All other devices work.

So I can see us being stuck between virgin and sky as to where the problem is here. And getting anybody of any sense to talk to at either company is going to be a challenge.
im not spending 7hrs on a WhatsApp chat with Virgin again....
