Upload Speed Dropped Drastically

We had Sky UltraFast installed yesterday and the results were as expected (1st picture)

All morning the upload speed has droppped drastically resulting in connection drop outs (2nd picture)

Restarted the router a couple of times this morning, and disconnected devices to see if there was any improvements

@Sgb1On ultrafast we are unable to see the speed that a user gets, could you run a test from the link below, let it complete and take a screenshot.

@Sgb1  Are you doing the speed tests over ethernet?   What results do you get with fast.com

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

All of the tests were completed over wifi

Any chance you can complete the tests over ethernet instead? Hard to say when its done over WiFi.

Unfortunately not, as the router is downstairs and my PC is upstairs.

I do have Powerline Adapters, if that would be a better test?

Probably slightly better yeah but still hard to prove any fault to Sky without showing an ethernet test

That is very poor. 

Assuming there is nothing connected to the hub that might be doing some sort of upload?

Nothing connected. Router has been reset again, so only 1 device connected and still the same result.

Day of install the Upload was 70mbps, now as you can see its awful.
