Upgrade package
I have just had my sky installed, when I try to download a programme to watch it says I need to upgrade my package, I have tried selecting sd and still doesn't work. I do pay for hd so that shouldn't be the problem

Urgh. Here we go again. This is a well known issue for new subscribers.
Sky need to get this fixed - it's happening all the bloomin' time!!
You'll need to ring them to get this sorted or wait for a Sky employee to come on here and invite you to a private online chat.
