Can’t update sky Q box

Hi! I'm after some help please. I keep having the software update coming up on my screen, however it won't let me click ok or later. 

I have restarted the box and tried again, hasn't worked. 

ive also tried to update it from settings, but it's getting stuck on the part where it says update in progress. How long does this usually take please?

Hi @EmilyW29   The Sky Q box does not prompt you to update. If I was a betting man I would lay odds on it's your TV prompting you to update. Try using your TV Remote.
