Unable to remove item from playlist

Yes I agrre, for me it is absolutely useless but I have no idea where we could give feedback on this issue?  Maybe someone could help point us in the right direction?  Pretty please.

@leopard+lady  Sky made the playlist FAQ post thats pinned at the top of this forum. But sadly they decided to abandon it because unsurprisingly it got too long! And too many questions we're asked. It's utterly frustrating.

Same issue here. Loads of items that were either accidentally added or added and then watched or partially watched. No option to remove them. 

Apart from the frequent freezes which require unplugging from the wall the playlists are my main problem with glass. Software seems to be up to date although option to update in menu isn't working. So many bugs it feels like it was rushed out.

Add item to play list and find every series abs episode there too, do you realise how distressing it was when my husband saw series 1 episode 1 of Neighbours on there 🤣

would rather the most recent episode to be at the front and the option to download other if I want to tether than them all being there 🤦🏼‍♀️ Missing Sky Q at mo 🤔

Once you start playing from the latest episode, you will then just keep track in play now rail which will only ever show the next episode in the sequence of the series. @Tcsquiff

Is there any feedback channel directly to sky, or any complaints procedure?  Surely as a new product they would want feedback?

This forum is monitored for trends and complaints. 

If you have specific faults or issues then contacting sky would be an option. 

if it's a compliant the. They have that as an option too. 

no actual feedback reporting system as yet.

Why should we have to ff through an episode we didn't put on the playlist in the 1st place. Also someone else has mentioned the freezing & having to unplug. 
honestly if I'd have realised these problems would go on for so long I would never have bought the tv!

Got my Sky Glass in Monday and very discombobulated with the different menus etc but I'll get used to it. What I can't get used to is not being able to remove from a playlist. Seems a bit daft you can't. I really hope this can be sorted soon, this thread seems to have been going on since October so it's not a new thing.

Like so many other people on here, I seem to be unable to remove items from my playlist. Juat one of an increasingly long list of things that drives me mad every day about sky Glass. 

Has anyone found a fix for this?
