I am unable to connect and phone a UK 0800 phone number. I have used the 0044 and +44 prefix but the number still will not connect. Any advice? Many thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou might find that while they are free to call when within the UK that when calling the number from abroad they are chargeable so if you spend cap which prevents extra charges being added to your account is set to £0 it would prevent this call from being made so you would need to adjust it:

Posted by a Sky employee@JsW99 Is there not an alternative contact number you're able to use e.g. "01" or "02" as opposed to "0800"?

0800 numbers are not available to call from outside the UK on any network
