Unable to make or receive calls

Have run all diagnostic checks on behalf of the account holder, my Dad, but with no success. Broadband is working fine and the telephone calls are not internet-based. This problems has existed for 24 hours. My parents are in their 80s, housebound and my Mum has dementia. The phone line also links to their emergency care helpline - so this is not working either. Please could someone escalate this urgently to a Sky Expert so I can get emergency help (being texted a link to this forum is not emergency help IMO).

You're post may be escalated however it should be noted may not be a quick process.
