Unable to access sky yahoo mail on desktop

Hi, I have been unable to access my sky yahoo emails since yesterday. I can log in to my sky account with my email address and password, and my access rights are vaidated, I then see the message saying you are being redirected to your mailbox but the system does not proceed any further. At the top of the web page , the loading circle and refresh button are constantly flickering. It seems the page is just unable to load. I do not have any other devices available.

Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work see if using it's incognito mode works and if it doesn't try a different browser works to see if that works for you.

Thank you for your reply.  I tried a disc cleanup which didn't help, but accessing via an in private browsing window does appears to work. I guess I can manage with this until such time as the issue may resolve itself. I did also wonder if it might be a problem with ogwam.

If using an in private tab works it's a cache or cookie probem, as @caesarome says.

A disc cleanup wont touch those.

You need to clear your web browsers cache and cookies which I presume isn't what you did here @ajb456 then close the browser down before loading it up and trying again.

I followed all the instructions here. Still only able to access using in private.

I would leave a while as there are some separate login issues at present which might not be helping you. Try again later would be my suggestion.

Thanks @caesarome I see other people are now reporting issues. I have cleared my browser cache (which I've realised I do anyway at the end of each session anyway, and restarted my pc but still get stuck on the access rights validated screen.

Attempted a system restore but it was unable to complete. At I can access via in private so will persevere with that for now, and  check back here just in case.

Thank you for your replies, however nothing worked so I decided to just re-install windows. A bit of a pain but I did also get an upgrade to Windows 11.

A bit of a sledgehammer to crack a nut, but glad it's worked.

Enjoy Windows 11, it takes some getting used to.
