UHD PACKAGE/HARDWARE

Hi Team.  I recently made changes and got sky via my blue light card. At that time as an effort to apologise for the very very poor service I've had with broadband and sky viewing (please see my account history) I was offered the UHD package free of charge. This was because we were purchasing an 8k TV.  I have my new TV, and neither the UHD package nor the new Sky Q 2TB box has arrived, in order that I can use it. This is appalling especially after the amount of money over the years I have spent.  Please can I have a callback to discuss this?. I feel that this whole mis-selling thing has gone to a WHOLE new level!  Thank you.

You are not talking to Sky support on here but to fellow customers so for the installation of your Sky Q box you would need to speak to Sky again if no date shows up in your order page here:

There was a shortage of 2TB boxes - that might explain the delay.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

You need to call Sky, it's the only way you will get this sorted. The newer SkyQ 1TB HDR will suffice for 4K, which should be available.
