My Sky Bills has not changed !!

Hi 

 

Last 2 weeks ago I rang sky to see if they can give me good deals for me to stay on or else I will be moving to VirginMedia as they have good deals on TV packages.

So I spoke to the cancellation department and they gave good deals whole sky packages inc BT Sports, movies, etc..and they offer me £88 a month..and I went for it, and did tell them to start directly on 4th Oct..and they say it will be done .. so I say great..and had a big smile on my face.. 🙂

Then today I checked my account to see if sky took £88 but eventually, they took £113 I was like **bleep**...

 

Not happy with their services...as i did try to ring them but it is a long queue to wait.. for at least 45 mins..

Any suggestion..

@Bhavkum78  When you redo your Sky packages the 1st couple of bills will always be out of sync, see this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/understanding-my-bills

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As you rang two weeks ago that bill would have already been created so this discount you have arranged will not show until next months bill but it should be back dated until the date you agreed it, so have you checked your future bills to see what they show:
