I have had sky q for a few months and noticed that I was getting charged for hd I called and cancelled and have looked at my bill and have noticed I am still getting charged for hd on my bill again

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou normally have to give 31 days to cancel - depending on the timing you could still be billed for it (bills are generated 2 weeks before billing date). If so, the next bill will generate the necessary credit to the day it was cancelled.
