How is one customer supssed to know if a sky employee there to help with issue with out getting no email stating there a chat inquest open, 

So how do I know I don't.

Having being 3rd tv there should be some sort of compensation then issue with it being blank screen 3 days. Technical issues should also be ie compensation.

I've put complaint in but as I work from 8-5pm hard to answer phone in my work
