Trying to get Broadband but ID and account won't link

Hello,

I have Sky Mobile and trying to get Sky Broadband, but I can't get to the page to show me and let me get broadband. I'm stuck on a page that asking me to link Sky iD and Sky account, my postcode and account number are correct but it won't recognise them.

Please help.

@CicadascallDid you set them both up with the same email address?

I only have Sky mobile linked to my email and never knew Sky Account seems to be a different thing, I've searched to set up Sky account, but it just sends me to a page just asking me to link my sky Id and sky account, or a page that says they;re already linked, but when I go to the top menu whilst logged in to view broadband packages, it asks me to link my id and account again but when I put my postcode and 12 digit sky id, it wont recognise the details.

@CicadascallHave you tried to oder without a Sky ID to see if it will let you complete the order?

  • I would call Sky and negotiate a deal and sort this out at the same time.
  • For the general-purpose number click on "Need more help" at the bottom of this page
    https://www.sky.com/help/home.
  • If you are in the ROI set the flag at the bottom of the page accordingly.
  • If you have Sky Talk or Sky Mobile dial 150 for a free call to Sky.
  • When you call you will be asked if the call is to do with mobile say "No"
    You will then be asked the nature of the call say " Technical "
    You will be offered a text to the number you are calling on say "Yes" and a text will be sent DO NOT hang up when it says to do so.
    It will then ask "do you wish to hang up" say " No" you will then be put in the queue for an advisor.

Managed to do this/ get a different screen after I opened a window incognito!
