Trouble with router and TP LINK SWITCHES

Just switched from BT to Sky broadband.
my BT router had zero issues connecting through TPlink switch boxes which I have dotted around the house.

the sky router is patchy at best signal drops in and out.
wifi seems to be okay but agains that's intermittent.
move checked cables and TP links nothing wroung with anything.
mot just seems to me that the sky router doesn't want to go through the TPlink.

help is required as I game and three of us work from home.

Re: Trouble with router and TP LINK SWITCHES

@JGCole

Are the Ethernet switches managed or unmanaged? If the ethernet switches are managed then Sky routers don't work well with these and it would likely be better to use an alternative router to connect to Sky broadband.

@JGCole

Try changing the ethernet mode to 'fast' on the Sky hub
