Connection problem

Hello,

I'm writing you because I have a problem with my sky hub. So there is not connection and the lovely smile in front of the modem it's always orange. I pressed several time the reset button and plagued of, but it didn't work. I'm in this situation from 4 days now. What I can do?

The last thing. I'm not the owner of this sky hub I'm just a te at of the building the owner it's my landlord.

Thanks

Unfortunately that may mean you cannot access Sky support services yourself, unless you know the verbal password associated with the account.

Hi @Valentina56

If you have access to the online account then try running the connection test, it may offer you an engineer appointment if a fault is detected.

If you dont have access to the online account then you'll need to contact the landlord who will in turn need to contact Sky or give you the passwords.
