So the new season of The Good Doctor is back next week. Well in America anyway. I assume it will follow the day after the premier date on Sky Witness. So this Tuesday??

Of course it isn't. Us Brits always get screwed over. America always gets everything first. It's not fair

Pretty sure we get Coronation Street and Eastenders before they do.

You were making the point that America gets American programming before other countries. Not sure why you'd expect anything different.

Not happy with Sky, I returned to Sky by convincing my teenage sons and hubby that the sky fees were worth paying, even if it's only the Good Doctor I get to watch.

Now Sky has gone and stabbed me in the back

So do we have any idea when and even IF sky is going to air the Good Doctor season 4? This is the 21st century guys, you can't just put American shows 1 year later and expect your customers to be happy with this.

More than likely the Good Doctor season 4 will be available on Disney+ when "Star" launches on the 23rd February.

The fewer shows for Sky to pick up the better.

According to Now TV, the season 3 box set is coming up later this week - which is usually a precursor to a new season arriving. 

One thing to bear in mind is that Sky tend to show US broadcast tv shows later so they offer an unbroken run of episodes as opposed to the haphazard scheduling if they followed the US broadcast hence why a lot of new season shows tend to start here in the new year.

New seasons of The Good Doctor were included in the Sony renewal from last year - Disney do not distribute the show internationally.

Ah right fair enough, thanks for the info. 

Didn't realise that even SWAT was produced by Sony as well as CBS. 

Shows that outside the US it's a tangled mess of rights. Whereas in the US SWAT is on CBS All Access and the Good Doctor is on Hulu.
