TV message not programmed

One of my TVs running off a SkyQ mini box is coming up 'not programmed' I can get recordings though but no Live TV. Also the box is quite hot.

I've tried turning off the main box and the booster and the minibox itself but still getting the message. Would appreciate some help with this.

hi @Smini that sounds more like a TV message than SKY Q (i.e. no terestrial TV channels programmed)

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated, TV was OK last time I used it so not sure why it's lost all the stations, I'll retune to if that is the solution.

To see output from the Q box, you'd typically have to use the TV remote to change input to the HDMI port that Q is connected to.  Q itself requires no 'tuning' as that's all handled by the main Q box.
