Sky Q
Hi there, I have new Sky Q box delivered yesterday but after 20/15 mins screen freezes but still have the sound for a short after it freezes, can still access the TV guide when this happens
Have followed all the steps on sky help and still nothing.
Wondering if this could be a HDMI cable issue but previous box didn't have any of these issues and its the same cables.
Have also done all resets and still the same.
Any help would be great.

Sounds like you have been given a faulty box unfortunately. An HDMI cable doesn't affect the box's performance, just the picture the TV displays, and as you said you can still see the TV guide. It would be all or nothing if HDMI.
If you've tried everything the a box swap is in order. You'll need to call Sky.
