I've had a problem and still haven't recieved my switching credit. Was persuaded over the phone to switch over to be told I would receive a gift card that can be spent but then found out once I signed up that it's switching credit. I sent all the details needed and still haven't recieved anything. I'm so disappointed.

Hey @Jadeh01,

 

If you haven't heard anything after 14 days of sending the initial email, pop them another email with your Sky account number and postcode and someone will get back to you 😊 to confirm the email address should be switching credit @sky.uk (all one word)
