Hi Sky,
I understand why my tv programs have been suspended, due to late payment and I have been forced to write my complaint here.
I did speak with customer service on 25/06/2021 and he said I should pay £96, which I have done. However, when I ring customer service or log into my account on the website and I do not get an option to speak with a human. Plus my tv programs have NOT been restored as promised by the customer service representative.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@paul6868 Having paid the money owed you also need to set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment was over 2 weeks late you would also need to pay the next months fees as well.
